General Disclosure Policy. A typical scenario is whereby a Tekk Fusion representative contacts the candidate (job seeker) about a specific job opportunity. If permission is granted by the candidate, Tekk Fusion will then forward any relevant Protected Information to prospective employer for job consideration.
The only exceptions to this general policy: (i) are described in the subsections below, (ii) if you explicitly approve through Web Site, and (iii) a Most Placeable Candidate (MPC) pro-active submittal to prospective employer. For a MPC submittal to which no specific permission from candidate is required, Tekk Fusion will submit a redacted resume that will remove the candidate’s full name and any current identifiable employer of candidate. Tekk Fusion reserves the right to disclose Non-Personal Information without restriction.
Tekk Fusion reserves the right to provide your Protected Information to any affiliated entities Tekk Fusion may have, including our subsidiaries. Affiliated entities are entities that Tekk Fusion legally controls (by voting rights) or that control Tekk Fusion.
Tekk Fusion reserves the right to disclose your Protected Information to our trusted service providers that assist us with the operation and maintenance of Web Site. For example, we may use third parties to host our servers, provide security, and provide production, fulfillment, optimization, analytics, and reporting services.
