Flexibility in work schedules is rapidly becoming a high priority in today’s day and age. With the demanding hours of many jobs, employees are left with less time for personal and family matters. Also, today’s millennial generation–which is quickly taking the reigns in the workforce–values life experiences and personal time more than an increase in monetary compensation, hence its’ priority for such flexibility that would enable them to balance life with work.
Our Director of Internal Talent, Thomas Waterman, addresses this growing need in the workplace by explaining what action steps an individual can take to acquire a more flexible schedule. He also explains how this not only benefits the employees, but also how the companies as well.
